Software & AI architecture services
Assure.Evaluate evidence for the next commitment.
Receive a technical conclusion on whether the evidence supports your defined milestone, release or acceptance. A named principal integrates the agreed evidence and specialist validation, with supported criteria, remaining risks and conditions made explicit.
Typical decisions
Establish whether the evidence supports the next commitment.
- A supplier wants a delivery-readiness check before handover.
- A client needs a technical opinion against agreed acceptance criteria.
- A material milestone requires evidence that the architecture conditions have been met.
- Remediation or a material change needs a focused recheck before the system is used for the agreed purpose again.
What you receive
The result and the deliverables.
A scoped technical conclusion against agreed criteria, showing what supports the commitment and which conditions remain.
- Evidence mapped to agreed criteria, showing what was examined, what is supported and what remains unverified.
- A conclusion or qualified recommendation for the defined gate, with remaining risks and conditions.
- A decision brief and principal-led readout for the agreed recipients; the client retains final acceptance.

Choosing the contribution
An initial diagnosis and a criteria-based gate have different purposes.
An initial Production Readiness Assessment sits under Assess: understand the system and establish the changes and conditions needed for its next stage. Assure addresses a judgment of evidence against agreed criteria. It is available as a standalone service when the baseline and criteria are sufficient.
Practical questions
Before engaging us for Assure.
Must Sparkling have assessed or governed the work first?
No. An assurance engagement can stand alone with adequate criteria, evidence and expertise.
What if Sparkling designed or governed the same work?
We disclose that involvement. A later Sparkling review may be continuity assurance. A genuinely independent acceptance opinion requires an appropriately separated accountable reviewer or an external independent specialist.
Is this certification or a guarantee?
The agreed technical conclusion applies within its criteria, evidence and scope. Penetration testing, statutory audits or regulatory certification require separately agreed specialist work and are not implied.
What does your decision need?
Describe the situation, timing and intended outcome. We can agree the right depth and contribution.
