Booking a discussion
Booking links take you to Cal.com. We pass the service context and originating website page to help prepare for the discussion. Cal.com collects the booking details you provide, including your name, email, company and notes, and processes them under its own privacy information. We receive these details to prepare for and manage the discussion. Connected calendar and Microsoft Teams services process the information needed for scheduling and the meeting. This website does not embed Cal.com or load its booking scripts.
Information you send
If you email us, we receive the information you include, such as your name, contact details, organization, situation and correspondence. We use it to respond, assess the fit of a proposed engagement and manage the resulting business relationship.
Website delivery
Our hosting provider processes technical connection information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect this website (Article 6(1)(f)). We use web analytics that count visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites. The website sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Enquiry contact information: 12 months after our last contact. Server logs: 90 days. Engagement information: as set out in the engagement agreement.
Confidential engagement material
An initial enquiry is not the channel for source code, credentials or sensitive customer information. Confidential engagement materials are handled under the separately agreed access, processing and retention arrangements.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Email [email protected] to make a request. Third-party booking, calendar, video, email and hosting services have their own privacy information.
