Sparkling Neuronics Labs is a principal-led, vendor-independent advisory practice across AI assessment, strategy, architecture, modernization, and technical due diligence. The work is for enterprise technology leaders, transformation directors, and investors navigating high-stakes platform decisions in regulated industries. Founded in 2026, based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, operating across UK, EU, and Swiss markets.
Each engagement is sized to a specific decision. The output is a written brief with diagnosis, evidence, and a recommendation. The practice holds no vendor commissions, no platform allegiances, and no downstream delivery agenda.

Principal Architect
Dimitar Stoyanov has spent 15+ years in enterprise architecture — both sides of the table. Nine years client-side inside European insurance and banking, leading the architecture across core platform programmes. Seven years vendor-side at a tier-1 strategy consultancy and a listed European digital services firm, reaching Global VP of AI across insurance, banking, and technology.
Hands-on AI builder. He led development of a multi-agent platform for legacy code analysis and modernization, taking it from idea through sales to production with a 16+ engineer team, and prototyped DeepCrew, a cross-system knowledge fabric for autonomous software development. The repeated brief across both: move fast, make it actually work, decide the architecture before anyone commits to scale.
Both sides of the table means architecture advice that is realistic about what vendors will actually deliver, not just what they propose. Diagnosis written from inside the room, not from the pitch deck.
