Before we talk.
Must we have source code ready?
No. Start with the decision. We use a set of tools that can run outside or inside your environment, depending on the case. We agree which, and sign an NDA, before we see any code. We agree access and information handling before we receive any confidential material.
Can we engage you for one piece of work?
Yes. An assessment, a design, governance during delivery or a check before a milestone can each stand alone, when the scope is clear, a check has a baseline such as acceptance criteria, and the system is one we know well.
Do you supply implementation teams?
No. Your teams and partners build and run the system. We can review significant technical choices while they build.
How are fees set?
A fixed fee, agreed before work starts. It depends on the service, the depth, the system and the scope of the engagement. You get it in writing within a week, once we have what we need to scope it.
